The Council of Ministers ((フランス語:Conseil des ministres), (オランダ語:Ministerraad)) is the supreme executive organ of the Federal Government of the Kingdom of Belgium. It is composed of the Prime Minister, who leads it, and fourteen senior ministers.〔Article 99 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Belgium〕 Federal secretaries of state (junior ministers) are members of the government, but not part of the Council.〔Article 104 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Belgium〕 According to the Constitution, the King of Belgium presides over the Council, but this has not happened since 1957.
